Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
- We do not offer refunds or returns.
- If an item arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery with proof as described below.
- Most items are single, curated pieces; exact restocks are unlikely.
Eligibility for Damage Claims
- Report window: within 24 hours of delivery.
- Required proof:
- A continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened until the product is fully shown.
- Clear photos of the defect and of the outer shipping box/labels.
- Order ID and a short description of the issue.
- Condition: Item must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
How to Report
- Email subject: Damage – Order #[OrderID]
- Send to: [support@yourbrand.com]
- Include: unboxing video (file or cloud link), photos, order ID, description, and your contact number.
Resolution Process
- Review: Our team reviews your submission within 2–3 business days.
- Outcome: If approved, we’ll guide next steps (repair, replacement of the same or closest available style, or store credit if replacement is unavailable).
- Note: As most products are one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be possible.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- All products are final sale except in cases of verified transit damage.
- Worn, used, altered, or laundered items are not eligible.
- Items without an unboxing video and photos submitted within 24 hours are not eligible.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Before dispatch: Contact us immediately with your Order ID; we’ll try our best to help.
- After dispatch: Cancellations/changes are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
- Service areas: We ship across serviceable pin codes in India.
- Non-serviceable pin codes: We’ll contact you for alternatives or a shipping upgrade (if available).
- Delivery timelines: [e.g., 3–7 business days depending on location]
- Tracking: A tracking link will be shared once your order ships.
Incorrect or Missing Items
- Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video and Order ID.
- We will verify and assist with replacement or store credit if confirmed.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
- Product photos are of the actual items. Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. This is not considered a defect.
Care for Embellished Items
- Handle gently and avoid rough surfaces/jewelry contact during try-on.
- Store in breathable covers; see our Care Guide for detailed instructions.
Restocks
- Most items are single curated pieces; restocking the exact item is unlikely.
- New collections and designs are launched regularly—check New Arrivals.
